by Christine (Enola, PA) 1 review Had read many of the reviews prior to purchasing. They stated that the toaster took a long time to toast items. I think it is a reasonable few minutes. I had an expensive Cuisinart that took longer than the Krups. So far it is working great.
by Ronald (Wilbraham, MA) 1 review My family of four loves toast. Ciabatta bread, kaiser rolls, and snowflake rolls all came out perfect. You have to learn settings for each type of bread, but they all come out evenly browned. The bagel feature works well on rolls as well, just warming the outside while toasting the inside perfectly. We have been saying we needed to replace our older krups toaster, and this toaster was the perfect candidate. Great combination on good looks, value and performance.

The different browning settings actually work correctly. The crumb tray is easy to take out and clean. I like the stop button so you can stop the toasting process at any time. What I really like about this toaster is that when you cook some toast and then cook more toast right after, the cooking time is shortened because the toaster

by Patricia (Mansfield, TX) 1 review This toaster is what I have been searching for. It holds four slices of toast or bagels, accomodates different thicknesses of bread and has a warmer to boot. My only complaint and the reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that the slots are not quite long enough from front to back to handle my favorite whole grain bread that is short and wide. I have to turn it horizontally to fit it in and do it twice. It works perfectly, though on every other kind of bread. Overall, my family really loves it.
