This is an inferior family of cookware.
side walls are too thin, base is barely thick enough; over heats quickly and is difficult to control cooking temperature.
The biggest failure is the handle design. I'm 6'4" and have a good grip. I find it difficult to manipulate the pan; pour, tilt etc with the size of end of the handle.
No wonder it was on sale.

by John (Seattle, WA) 2 reviews I've only used it a couple of times. Not quite the quality of an Emerilware sauce pan I bought a couple years ago (which I love!) Emerilware is a cheaper version of All-Clad (the best) but at 1/4 of the price, I think a good value.
