Shun Angled Paring Knife:

The added angle feature on this Paring Knife adds leverage, so tasks such as cutting or peeling kiwi, finely dicing carrots or mincing garlic is nearly effortless. The comfortable handle fashioned in a “D” shape enhances control and conciseness. Most outstanding is the blade—sharper and more precise than its German counterparts. (Item #300705) w1

Really nice, but...

This knife is great at it's job: slicing small fruits and vegtables. It has a nice feel and the angled handle is a fine innovation...BUT I ordered this knife from this vendor because the image of the knife shows that it does not have the goofy little Alton Brown cartoon head printed on the beautiful steel. When I got the knife I was very disappointed to see the the cartoon face was there, smirking up at me.
To sum up: great knife, but not exactly as advertised. Caveat emptor.

You don't know what you've been missing until you cut with a "good" knife. I selected this knife because it was recommended by Alton Brown. True to his word, it's a great knife. It's the perfect size, and the angled handle keeps you from hitting your knuckles on the cutting board.
