No matter how much I greased the pans the cheesecakes stuck and couldn't be used. They were for samples for my business but they wasted money. |

I tried this pan and really enjoyed it. It was easy to use and the cheesecakes came out easily without a mess. I gave it a four because I'm not one for giving perfect scores and I haven't had it that long to know if it wears well! |

They worked out very well and am glad I got 2 of them. Should have bought a third and then my original New York style cheesecake recipe would have been done quickly. I had cheesecakes baked in 15 min. They freeze well so we do not have to feel we have to eat the entire cheesecake in one week. |

I purchased 2 and I am glad I did. The pans are of a heavier gauge and are very versatile. They are perfect sized small servings. |
