by Bruce (PARKER, CO) 1 review This unit is producesses great expresso with minimum fuss. Manual in operation it requires you to monitor the flow and turn it off when needed. It is a great looking unit and fits well under the counter for easy storage. The instruction manuals could be improved. There is a silicon seal in whose placement is not described. Also the manual is somewhat confusing in laying out the components and the purposes of each. There is at least an assumption of familiarity with how an expresso make operates. Another improvement would be to increase the size of the water reservoir. It holds enough liquid for about three shots. But in general I am very pleased.
by Pauline (BURLINGTON, VT) This is a great little machine for the price. It makes an excellent espresso and steams up milk just fine. It has a delightful look to it and doesn't take up much space. Easy to clean too.
by STEVEN (MANHATTAN, IL) 1 review Great cup of Espresso, IF, you use good coffee not the PODs and make sure that you clean off the machine on a regular basis. If coffee builds up in the seal it will make a heck of a mess in your kitchen. I am a real coffee snob, I refuse to drink espresso in any restaurant in the USA, but, this machine is as close as I can get to a true espresso like I have had in Rome. I recommend using Kimbo or Illy coffe, Starbucks sucked.
