My Aunts (who are the best cooks ever!!) have had their mixers forever and use them nearly every day.That is all I needed to know when I put this mixer on my Christmas gift list.I haven't been disappointed.I am glad I chose the Pro 5 Plus model . It can handle anything and I LOVE the Empire Red!!!

The mixer is fantastic, I've already cranked out loaves of bread and dozens and dozens of cookies. It makes baking sooooo easy it kinda feels like i'm cheating now!
