Pfaltzgraff Water Goblets:

To complete your "Villa della Luna" dinnerware set, these water goblets feature generous-sized bowls in a tranquil Mediterranean blue on shorter, decorative stems. The set of four goblets are dishwasher-safe and holds 19-ounces each.

About Pfaltzgraff:
One of the oldest pottery makers in the United States, The Pfaltzgraff Co. was founded in York, Pennsylvania in the year 1811. This once modest-size shop (where salt-glazed stoneware was crafted by hand and sold to local merchants and townspeople) has grown and expanded with hundreds of dinnerware patterns (from traditional to contemporary) gracing the tables of homes all across America. Beautiful but a little bit fagile.

These glasses are very attractive, comfortable to hold and nicely sized. One of the things that makes them so pretty is that they are made of a thin glass, but that also makes them a little bit fragile for every day use. My 16 year old daughter broke a peice off of the rim with her mouth trying to take a peice of ice out of her water. We have been using them ever since though and haven't had another problem. Everyone likes them, we are just careful!
