I had purchased a Circulon stockpot earlier and have had wonderful cooking and cleaning experiences with it. So when the braiser became available, I didn't hesitate to purchase it. I also bought a Calphalon stockpot and wasn't as happy with it as I am the Circulon brand. I hope to buy other Circulon products in the future.

I really do wish that a rack came with it, After contacting Cooking.com, I find out that they don't even carry a rack, I have to get in touch with the mfg. So, now I will have to cough up dollars for a rack. It does cook very well, clean up was actually quick. VERY good weight, made well.

The pan has performed beautifully as a wok and as a deep sided frying and sauting pan and best of all, nothing sticks to it.
