Cuisinart's Limited Edition food processor features a large, 14-cup work bowl and comes with a variety of attachments, discs and blades for chopping apples, mincing herbs or pureeing soups. A bonus whisk attachment can be used to whip cream, fluff egg whites and mash potatoes - there's nothing this food processor can't do! Even whole fruits and vegetables can be sliced or shredded in seconds with the stainless steel medium slicing and shredding discs. This top-of-the-line food processor has a heavy-duty, die-cast metal housing and a powerful induction motor with over .75-horsepower. A touch of the food processor's exclusive Dough control, and this machine powers through stiff bread dough with its PowerPrep metal dough blade. Also included with your Cuisinart Limited Edition food processor is a whisk attachment with beaters, a 4-mm medium slicing disc, medium shredding disc and a chopping/mixing blade (all of them made of quality stainless steel). You'll also receive small and large pushers, a detachable disc stem, spatula, recipe and instructional book and a how-to video. The Cuisinart Limited Edition food processor carries a full 20-year motor warranty and a limited, 3-year warranty on the entire unit.

by David (Morris, IL) 1 review Opting for the 14 cup with a twenty year motor warranty was the logical choice for us. This machine delivers everything as advertised. We are very pleased so far.
by Josh (Seattle, WA) 1 review This processor is nice and sturdy. Before you open the box you can tell that there is something substantial inside because of its weight. It is easy to use, stable on the countertop, fairly quiet, and fast. I think that the diecast zinc base has a lot to do with the quietness (and, of course, the weight). We have used it for a number of meals and baking projects so far and it has performed well. I expect it to last at least twenty years. I think it is worth the hefty price tag if it is going to be used frequently by discerning chefs.
by Marilyn (Duncombe, IA) 3 reviews I think t his Limited Edition Metal food processor is just excellent. I have used it every day since it arrived and it just wonderful. Cuts, chops and whips all that I have given it without hesitation. It will cut enough vegetables for a large batch of soup without emptying the bowl. The vegetables are cut nicely without the odd cut piecies I got from my old machine. I just stack enough vegetables in the feeder so that they all stand up and it works perfectly. Another great improvement in this machine is the feeder mechanism itself comes totally apart so that it can be thoroughy cleaned. It came with a dvd, and I found that to be helpful and I used it for the first time confident that I understood how it worked and how to take it apart to clean.
The whipping attachment is difficult to clean and cannot be put in the dishwasher, so I would caution people to keep that in mind when you use it. It works fine and whips and rotates/
by Delilah (Seven Valleys, PA) 5 reviews I really like the new processor. It was a replacement for my older Cuisinart which still worked just fine. I gave the old one to a niece and she absolutely loves it. I'm sure she is now a loyal Cuisinart fan.
by Ching-Chi (San Diego, CA) 1 review This is probably the best model in the market now. But worth the value for sure. Well design, robust, fast & pricise slice.
The only thing I don't like about (that's why I rated 4 instead of 5) is, when making dough, after it's done, some of the dough will stick at the spinning stick and inside the dough blender, makes it difficult to clean.
If someone can have a better way of using it, please advise.
