Cuisinart Traditional Waffle Iron:
Designed for families or for use when entertaining, this waffle iron from Cuisinart bakes six, traditional-style waffles at once. Customize yours by choosing one of the six brownness settings. There's a red light that lets you know the waffle iron is on and a green light that means it's ready to bake then ready to eat. An audible tone also alerts you. The baking plates are nonstick so your waffles pop right out. Other features include cool-touch handles. For storing, the lid locks in place, the cord wraps then the entire unit can be placed on its side. Weighs approx. 10-lbs. Yields 4.25-in. x 3.5-in. sized waffles.
by Patricia (Shelbyville, TN) 1 review We just love this waffle iron. My old one you had to guess when it was ready and when to remove the done waffles. Not this baby!!! It Beeps!!!!!!
by Robert (Gilbert, AZ) 2 reviews This waffle iron takes a very long time to heat initially but when it's up to speed it works OK. 6 squares at the time makes it worth the wait. The beeping is a bit annoying but liveable. Spill rim around the edge would have been useful. Large useable waffle iron that need improvements...
by Carla (Corinth, KY) 2 reviews I love making pancakes and waffles for my kids I just hate the skillet version. So I had went on a hunt for a waffle iron affordable that made more than 2 or 4 waffles. We are a family of 5. How do you choose which person has to wait till last for their breakfast. This waffle iron makes 6 good size waffles love the timer it makes it fail proof. I will never part with my waffle iron. My only negative is the waffles are hard to get out. It needs to come with a special spatula. After many times I am finding tricks to get them out though. It is still a great buy and wonderful product.
by Juanita (Arley, AL) 1 review It cooks the waffles just right. It is easy to use. I have not mastered getting 6 total waffles at one time and not running the batter down the outside, bu I am working on it. The #3 seems to be just right for the doneness we prefer. the #'s 1,2, 3 are fading out after the first cleaning. I don't think I used any harsh product to clean it after that first mess. I would purchase this product again.
