by Barbara (MIDLAND, MI) 24 reviews I have used this to mix up the frozen concentrated orange juice in the morning. It worked so fast, ion just a few seconds! I was sure there were still clumps -- but there were none! I am looking forward to using it in cream soups, as that is the main reason I bought it. I have used the chopper attachment to mince up onions beautifully. I recomment only 1/4 onion at a time, but it is quick and works great. I do think that that motor is a little too strong for the whisk attachment. I tried it once in a liquid, and it just splattered everywhere. Probably won't use that attachment again. But the immersion blender is a huge YES, as well as the chopper.
