Cuisinart's 4-slice toaster, in an energizing red, has extra-wide, 1.5-in. slots that accommodate thick bagels and artisan-style breads. Dual control knobs let you adjust the browning on each side for breads that are dark brown and pastries that are light and golden - no one will be disappointed. Choose from nine browning levels (with LED display). Other buttons on your Cuisinart toaster include Bagel, Defrost and Reheat. Once your toast is ready, give an extra "lift" on the carriage lever and your bread will pop up even higher for grabbing without coming into contact with the toaster's hot surface. A slide-out crumb tray makes cleaning easier; a cord wrap makes storing neater.

You can toast/defrost a variety of breads. I like that you can toast one slice of bread - or two, three or four. Best of all, I like that the outside of toaster stays cool while in operation.

I know it's just a toaster but I now understand how some stores sell other toasters for less money This one is built allot more solid than I expected a toaster to be built
