The Cuisinart Coffee on Demand 12-Cup coffeemaker is a fully programmable unit with elegant styling without the carafe. This revolutionary design in coffee brewing has a simple "press to serve" lever that delivers hot coffee, cup by cup, from a 12-cup double-wall reservoir. It also allows you to keep track of the number of available cups left to dispense with the Countdown Coffee Gauge™. The water level indicator is easy to read, and the charcoal water filter ensures the freshest tasting coffee. The coffee brews at a temperature of 170-180 degrees in 12 minutes. The unit is easy to clean with a removable coffee reservoir and drip tray, and carries the Cuisinart limited 3-year warranty. A permanent gold tone filter basket is included. This unit does not feature a grinder, and requires ground coffee.
