The different options do take a little getting used to, so it goes with any purchase of a new product. Also, we use this in the office and the open/close feature took a little bit more getting used to than usual. But now that everyone's getting the hang of it, they love it! :)
by JOY (MILL VALLEY, CA) 1 review The tray does not slide out therefore when attempting to remove a hot dish, it is difficult. The temp becomes very very hot and in fact melts frozen meal containers. I would not recommend this product to anyone. In fact, i should have returned it.
