Sanyo Space Saving Two Level Toaster:
Introducing the Super Toasty oven from Sanyo, a two-tiered oven that takes up minimal space yet offers enough room for toasting bagels, hamburger buns or open-faced sandwiches. The Super Toasty toaster, in white, lets you brown bagels perfectly every time: placed cut-side down, the bagels' thicker tops warm from the top while the cut sides crisp and brown more deeply. Use the top rack for melting cheese on open-faced sandwiches or broiling the tops of mini pizzas. Use the bottom rack for reheating or keeping food warm. For timing your foods, the Super Toasty oven comes with a 15-minute bell and an auto shutoff. For easy access, the racks with metal trays slide out when the door is opened. The Sanyo toaster oven comes with a removable crumb tray and a cord storage holder. Please note: this toaster is intended for toasting or quick-broiling, melting only.

by Shari (Washington, DC) 1 review This is the fourth Toasty in my family. My former husband and I had two, and we gave a third to my sister for her wedding present. Now that I'm getting divorced and needed a new toaster, there was no question which toaster I'd get. I got the regular Toasty, and it is fabulous. It's a little more powerful than our old one, and I'm still burning or over-browning toast, but I'll get used to the settings.
by Carol (Greensboro, NC) 1 review We have been using this toaster for over 25 years. It is always available when we need to replace it. It is space saving, fast and great for many uses.
by Susan (Colorado Springs, CO) 1 review I had a Black & Decker toaster for 25 years, and it finally stopped working. I bought another one, that looked just like my old one, but was absolutely horrid. All I wanted was a toaster oven, to make -- toast. The new Black & Decker just wouldn't toast. After five minutes, the bread would be kinda warm, or completely incinerated in a few seconds. So, I started the hunt for a different toaster oven just a few days after buying the B&D.
I also have space constraints, so I was limited on how deep my toaster could be. I was very happy to find that Cooks.com included the dimensions in it's product information, and is really why I made my decision to by the Sanyo Two Level Toaster. This toaster does what it says it will do -- it just simply toasts. Fits in my cabinet, lots of room for several slices of bread, controls work like a classic toaster. It's very simple to use, even my husband understands it! Very, very happy with it.
by Marianne (Plymouth, MA) 1 review At last a toaster oven that doesn't take up a lot of space! Now I just need to get use to turning the dials and remembering what setting does what. Have managed to burn some items nicely and under-heat a few others!! I haven't had this very long ,and it's a bit different than the"normal" toaster ovens out there but overall I'm OK with it's performance. Just know when you buy this product that it isn't designed to do more than toast and some re-heating, and you will be happy with it.
by Karen (Wakefield, MA) 1 review We are happy with this toaster for what we wanted -- a simple toaster oven that occupied minimal counter space. It does a reasonable job with toasting bread, bagels and roasting/browning small items. It does not offer any flexibility with levels of heat or built-in ways to control distance from the heat source. It is nevertheless one step better than our prior pop-up toaster and is a good value for its simple functions. It is one of the very few toaster ovens that focuses on a small footprint for the counter.
