by Ilene (Wellington, FL) 1 review Though I have All-Clad stainless pots and pans, this item does not work on induction cooktops, so don't bother to spend the money. I was not able to even use it and had already thrown away all the packaging. The brand itself is the bes I have ever owned, cleans like a dream.
by Mary (COSTA MESA, CA) 1 review I like this pan because of the easy clean up. I also have a Le Creuset grill pan and I think it works slightly better because of the cas iron and its weight. However, for the price, I am very happy with this pan.
