by Angela (Saint Augustine, FL) 1 review I have only had this product for a few weeks but it seems like a tough little grinder. I bought it specifically for spices which it works fine for. It does leave some pieces untouched on top of powder but that is to be expected. Just sift and put the pieces back in for another round. It is still a little loud but not as loud as some others I've owned. The static is a little annoying but I believe this is also to be expected and I can work around that to. When I bought it I thought you could put the whole resevoir in the dishwasher but that is not the case. Only the cover can be removed. Overall a very nice addition to my kitchen.
