by Mary (CARLSBAD, CA) 1 review The design is very functional and efficient. The expresso comes out hot with a nice crema on top. Overall the machine is very easy to use with a few more steps than our old one. Only one drawback is the steamer for the milk. Its does not consistently put out enough steam to heat the milk so it takes a little longer to create the froth than our older Krup. We like the fact that we can make more than two cappucinos at one time.
