With the Chocolate Fondue Fountain, your friends and guests can help themselves to tiers of melted brown, dark or white chocolate, ideal for dipping strawberries, angel food cake, marshmallows and other morsels. To use, pour the chocolate into the base and switch on the motor - the chocolate travels up the tower before gently cascading over each tier. The Chocolate Fondue Fountain is perfect for wedding and baby showers and kids' birthday parties. The fountain-style fondue pot uses ordinary bakers chocolate (chocolate chips are recommended). You can also use Milk Chocolate, Dark Semi Sweet Chocolate, White Chocolate or Butterscotch. For adults, add liqueurs for sophisticated flavors. In addition to sweet fondue, you can also make a more savory fondue by adding cheese then dip bread, seafood, small vegetables or pretzels. Barbecue sauces also work well - dip skewered meats or poultry. For quick cleanup, it easily disassembles - just wipe clean with a damp sponge only. The unit is not dishwasher-safe.

by Ellen (MONTVILLE, NJ) The flow of chocolate using the recommended amount is not even. You have to play with the amount of chocolate (use 2 & 1/4 bags of chips and a little more oil) And always make sure the chocolate is completely melted before poring it in. It still works but I haven't played around enough to find the right amount of everything to get that even flow it has in the picture. No one at my house seems to care, it's always a huge hit!
