by Anna (Alexandria, VA) 1 review I was eager to try out this roasting pan given the reviews. It works just fine, but I am slightly disappointed with the quality. The pan developed stains on the interior after the first use. I didn't bake at a particularly high temperature or cook anything odd (turkey + vegetables), so I am surprised how these white stains came about. No amount of washing gets them out. Still, the pan is sturdy, and I'm sure I'll get many years of use out of it. I would still recommend it. The size of the pan and the design of the handles is very practical.

When I arrived at her house the turkey was beautiful; however, the roasting pan was a mess and I thought the baked on juices in the bottom would never come clean. But the pan cleaned up easily and was just as nice as before.

Making a gravy out of the drippings on the stovetop with this roasting pan was a snap and cleaning the pan afterwards couldn't have been easier. I'm very happy with this purchase and would highly recommend this product.
