Eva Solo Coffee Maker:
This 20-oz. Café Solo Coffee Maker is based on the original coffee brewing method and has excellent contact between the water and coffee beans during brewing. Coarse particles are trapped by the filter and it also features a patented drip-free lip, a neoprene jacket to help retain heat and a flip-top lid that automatically opens when you pour your coffee. To use, simply spoon freshly ground coffee into the glass flask and stir for at least 10 seconds with the enclosed stirrer tool. Place the filter in the glass flask, insert the flip-top lid and allow the coffee to brew for 4 minutes before serving. Dishwasher-safe.

by Michael (Seattle, WA) 1 review I wanted a coffee press and came across this beauty on the website. It has great appeal to the coffee snob in me in that it is a beautiful way to brew coffee. It does take some time and effort but it brews great coffee and the filter works great. The only downside is the carafe is difficult to clean but luckily this is dishwasher safe. I would recommend this to any coffee aficionado.
by Eric (Garberville, CA) 2 reviews This coffee maker is pretty. I like the low technology approach to brewing coffee, you simply add boiling water. My only complaint about it is how thin the glass is. I am afraid to break it, especially by adding boiling water. But, I have used it about ten times now, and it's fine. Clean up is easy too. In my opinion it is overpriced.
by Timothy (Cambridge, MA) 1 review In this case, you get what you pay for. The Eva Solo is an elegant and highly functional addition to your coffee armamentarium. I use it every day and can only say good things about it. It is overpriced compared to other french press makers, but using it is such a pleasant experience that the pain of paying too much has already faded away.
by Mark (Marlboro, MA) 1 review The Eva Solo makes, hands down, the best coffee I've ever had. Like a french press, It seems to be able to pull through all the flavor of your grind. However, unlike a french press, it filters out all the ground coffee so you wind up with a very smooth cup. A great product.
