Hamilton Beach's countertop oven with rotisserie holds a whole chicken or two 12-inch pizzas. Use the rotisserie to cook meat or chicken with golden-crisp coatings and juicy meats. The convection oven cooks up to 33 percent faster than conventional ovens. Use it to bake pies and to broil steaks. It has a 120-minute timer with an auto shutoff and bell. The interior is easy-clean and the crumb tray slides out for emptying. Accessories include a baking pan, pizza pan, broiling grid, two racks and rotisserie skewer.

The only thing is the outside of the oven gets very hot, and the front glass will burn you at high temps. If you have little ones you might want be carefull of this. Other wise it cooks fast and has a larger coking area that I expected.

I would have liked to have more instruction on how to use each feature, as well as a few more recipes, I am learning how to use the different features but not without burning some foods.

We have not been disappointed with its performance although it is not a remarkable toaster. Roasted chicken is wonderful as is pizza and all baked goods.

I like my large capacity convection/rotisserie oven for several reasons. It cooks food in approximately 2/3 the time a conventional oven takes. The temperature in the kitchen is greatly reduced; there is still some heat that emits from the oven but it doesn't make your kitchen a sweatbox. Chicken, chops and other meats bake just like a regular oven. The food is juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Additionally, this oven does not take up too much counter space. I feel it is a great product. My sister wants one too after having seen what it does. She just might be the lucky recipient of one of these for Christmas.
