The ability to take the slow cooker to pot luck dinners is fabulous. I can make a huge pot of cocktail meatballs, little hot dog links, curried chicken and potatoes, etc., etc. and have a hot dish that doesn't need to be warmed up or microwaved. I like the size, the convenience and it works great. Don't bother with those expensive slow cookers, get this one and enjoy a product that works well and has more versatility.
