The only problem so far is that the baking tray has flaked - the coating has come off in a few spots. Maybe I shouldn't have soaked it - so it could be my fault . . . but everything else is great!

by kristina (HENDERSON, NV) When our old ge toaster died, I went to the local walmart and bought what I thought was a good toaster oven,an Oster. It burned everything! anything! that was put into it.
What I should have done was go right to this website which I have bought so many appliances before and bought the hamilton beach toaster right from the start. It hasnt burned anything yet, everything comes out like we expect it to. Very very pleased with this appliance. I should have known better and started here. What was I thinking? :)
