La Pavoni White Burr Coffee Grinder:
This small, compact burr coffee grinder, designed by La Pavoni, is loaded with features. This one automatically dials in the exact amount of coffee required from 1-12 cups. It has 19 grind settings from coarse to semi-fine. A manual over-ride starts or stops the grinding process. The internal burr mechanism comes out for easier cleaning. 1/4-lb. bean capacity. Made of white ABS plastic.

by Elena (San Diego, CA) 1 review The grinder is simple to operate, but doesn't grind down to fine enough coffee and the consistency is not that great - for $14 regular blade grinder does a much better job
by Rebecca (Albuquerque, NM) 1 review So, it's a bit bulky for a grinder; it still fits in my cabinet. It works well - nice consistent grind. Coffee tastes better than ever- and I should know: I have become quite a coffee snob! I like the
by Alden (Hendersonville, TN) 1 review This burr coffee grinder by La Pavoni is a very attractive appliance. I purchased the white and it goes very nicely on my silestone countertop. I was used to a blade grinder so this was a change for me. I purchased a French Press coffee maker and I was told that I needed coarse ground coffee and a burr grinder was the way to go since it produced consistant size coffee grounds.
It's a little noisey but only for a few minutes when you grind. It's very easy to use but I would suggest grinding a week's worth of coffee at at time because it does get very dirty after use and you need to take it apart to clean it. I still enjoy making my coffee so this is a very small tradeoff and would highly recommend this burr grinder.
by Steve (Las Vegas, NV) 1 review I have only one comment that might be taken in a negative way about this coffee grinder: Sometimes the beans don't all fall down into the burr mill to be ground. A simple shake seems to cure this however. Aside from that one minor complaint, I find the grinder does everything it should. Hopefully it will last a long time and provide great service.
by James (FOSTER, RI) 1 review La Pavoni's burr grinder is easy to use and I get a fine enough grind for espresso without going to the finest setting -- not grinding fine enough is a common problem for low-price-range burr grinders. It would be hard to find a grinder better than this one without paying $300.
Some other reviewer complained about a 'mess'; of course, very fine coffee does tend to find its way onto your counter, but that's the nature of the beast. The La Pavoni has a well-designed sealed chamber, so there can't be any mess while you grind or as you remove the receptacle from the machine. Just be careful when you open it up and spoon out the ground coffee.
