She tried to use it the next day and the paddle turns the kernals, but the element never got hot to pop the corn. Quite a disappointment for such a pricey item!

BUT, after using it only approximetly three times it is broken and I have been trying to either return it for a new one or get my money back and no luck.
The three times I used it I loved the flavor of the popcorn ,It was like getting movie theater or restraunt popcorn.
I guess I will stick to microwave popcorn and will never purchase appliances online again
