by billye (greensboro, NC) 1 review I've been rough on my sauce pans in the past, but then I've never had one of this quality before. It heats quickly and evenly, and cooks at a low temperature. It shouldn't be washed in the dishwasher, but it cleans so easily I don't mind. It deserves babying!
