by Luz (Calabasas, CA) 37 reviews I've wanted one for years. This is the best investment I've made for my cookware. I've been finding excuse to make things that require a dutch oven. The color is stunning, even better in person. :) Now I need an excuse to buy more!

by donna (Dansville, NY) 1 review The Le Creuset Dutch Oven is all that the manufacturer says it is. Being able to prepare a stew or soup on the stove top and then transfer it to the oven for an extended cooking time is so convenient. No worries of scorching and knowing that an even cooking temperature will be maintained makes using this pot wonderful. It is very hefty in weight but that puts it on the plus side for maintaining constant temperatures. The price is also hefty and even though I invested in it, I think it is over priced.
