When you use the Press, you realize it is so simple and understand why it is built the way it is. All you have to do is press down and center. there are no measurement of heights or weights present to level the patties, but with time and practice you get the burgers you want in weight and size. Cleaning is absolutely so easy and simple. I love this product. Thank you Elizabeth Karmel. You sure do make those expensive burger presses look like complete rip offs.
by janice (Daggett, MI) 2 reviews my ground chuck sticks on the silicone and does not come out well. i discovered that if i slip a baggie over it it works great.
my husband uses it when we buy meat. he said it is not worth the money i paid for it, as he has seen other presses cheaper. but he does not know the quality of the others.
it is a nice looking unit, and other than the sticking works well.
