by maryrose (egg harbor township, NJ) 1 review first of all, it is just great looking, goes with my yellow kitchen. but it makes great rice, I just love it. the only downside is that it is kind of expensive, but i am really enjoying the product.
by David (Brunswick, ME) 1 review I saw this rice cooker in Japan and before I used it I knew I had to have it. It works beautifully and makes the perfect amount of rice for 2.
by Kathy (Annapolis, MD) 1 review This is a great little cooker. It make killer risotto that you don't have to stir! It finished the risotto much fater than I anticipated -about 20 minutes but kept it warm and ready for an hour. Impossible to do with stirred risotto. And besides it's cute as a button-like the iMac of rice cookers.
My only complaint would be that the instructions could be clearer. There are some translation issues. The first batch of regular rice we did came out much less than perfect. Then we realized that the cup they included with the cooker is not an 8 oz cup it's actually 180 ml. The info is in the book but you have to really read it cover to cover before using the cooker. I just went back to using my own measuring cups for rice and liquid and it's been fine.
