Love this non-stick skillet. Bought it because it was highly recommended by Cook's Illustrated magazine and it lives up to my expectations!

I have used many non-stick skillets over the years and this one
is by far the best performing of them all. The weight is very good,
it does a much better job than any other non-stick I have tried.
Highly recommended!

This product, like the previous item reviewed here, had large brass (or whatever) rivets located on the inside of the pan serving to hold the handle on. Really bad design. They were unsightly, dysfuntional and very hard to clean. Most unacceptable. In addition, the pan itself, while being a sturdy, attractive and substantial utensil, was too expensive for what one gets. When the rivet problem is considered as well, it is egregiously overpriced.
