NOT SURE ON THE TIMER USE IT SEEMS LIKE THE BUTTONS STICK A BIT AND CAN BE A LITTLE FRUSTRATING, THE LIFT AND LOWER SEEMS A BIT STRAINED. MIGHT JUST BE A FLAW IN MY MIXER NOT SURE. OVERALL IT HAS PERFORMED WELL. I HAVE ONLY HAD THE PRODUCT FOR A FEW WEEKS.

When I did not receive it with my mixer,I called to inquire about it. The customer representative was not helpful and told me I was to call the factory and find out what the problem was. Bad customer service and I seriously question whether I will purchase anything else from this company.
