Customer ReviewWould not purchase againFeb. 24, 2009

This pan warped the first time I used it and with little heat (350 degrees). The logo in the middle makes it impossible to balance anything in the middle and imprints on breads. I would not recommend it or buy it again. It's too bad because I really like the brand and my other cookware is all Analon.

This is a sturdy pan that I do not have to worry about using a knife on (gently of course), as I do with non-stick bake ware. My other jelly roll pans had warped causing uneven cooking of pan cookies. These have not warped and I expect they will last a good number of years. Great value.

A jelly roll pan of restaurant quality that does what it's supposed to do and more. The weight is excellent and cooks evenly all around.

Perfect baking sheets!

I purchased two of these, having the need for a couple of steel baking sheets, and they are just what the doctor ordered!

They are made of a very nice weight of aluminized steel. The price was right, and I have always had good experience with Anolon products. They are made of quality materials and the workmanship is excellent.
