I has a small hand held one. That broke when I was trying to mix up stuff here. So far this tangerine Stand Mixer has held up to what I can make.
I even can make homemade marshmellows with the Mixer with out worring about it falling part.
I would say this is the best mixer I could get for myself here as a Christmas gift or any gift.

It's beautiful and sturdy. The attachments also provide so many different options.
