I am stupid when it comes to operating gadgets and equipment - but this was EASY to figure out and works like a charm. EASY clean up and love the coffee taste - I'm saving a ton of $$ NOT going to Starbucks and NOT having to wait in long lines anymore! I HIGHLY recommend this machine - and the cost is so reasonable. Plus I ordered it and WHAM - not more than two to three days later - there it was on my door step!

I also "brew" tea (put tea bags in "teapot" pourer and let them steep there. I have mixed feelings about the automatic cut-off, but all coffemakers seem to have this feature.
