Preaty much everything else about this CM is a Pro. Makes excellant coffee, even plain old Columbian is great. Weird on/off button but it's easy to set and use. The spout doesn't leak when pouring, easy to clean and very sturdy build for the price.
From $100+ to cheapies, we've gone through more than a doz CMs since buying this house five years ago and they keep going out. Power supply, water is good, just bad luck. But this our first Cuisinart and it's the BOMB and a very good price so hopefully it lasts.
Did I mention that it makes a very good cup of coffee?
by Tucker (Forest Lake, MN) 3 reviews nice basic coffee maker, does what I need it to do without a lot of extra crap, super easy to clean, with it brewed just a little stronger, I have gone to making 10 cups of coffee with 9 cups of water, im sure just personal preference though.
