My toast is uniformly browned. Adjustments and the ability to lift the toast and check progress is very nice. I would highly recommed it to purchase.

We just may have had a bad one but after looking at possible repair alternatives there wasn't much available in the U.S. The product is made in New Zealand/Australia and most of the repair facilities were outside the U.S.
