It can steam, boil, or fry - making the cooker an all-around appliance that can prepare a variety of foods. Delicious results are guaranteed, because steaming and boiling retain foods’ moisture and frying sears food, making it crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
When frying, the roomy basket and deep oil level combine to accommodate a 2 lb. bag of frozen fries or an entire 4.5 lb. chicken. A complete chicken can be fried in about 35 minutes, quicker than oven roasting or rotisserie, making this the perfect choice for hectic weeknight meals.
The basket can be raised and lowered with the lid in place, avoiding messy splatter and protecting the hands. The basket contains a hook to hold it above the liquid, allowing the oil or water to drain off the food.

This deep fryer is ideal for you if you worry about that too- its design allows you to secure the lid before lowering the basket into the oil - removing any risk of spatter! (also great for mess concerns)The safety release plug is a brilliant design, you could not pull this off a table by the cord!
It can cook a huge amount of food at once, and the light indicator for the temperature makes it a cinch to know when you're ready to go. I've only used it for deep frying so far, but this is fast becoming a favorite kitchen appliance.
