Rachael Ray from Furi Starter Knives Young Cooks Cutting Set:
A portion of the proceeds from this item will be donated to Yum-o! to empower kids and their families to develop healthy relationships with food and cooking.
The Rachael Ray Young Cooks Cutting Set includes a 4-in. paring knife, 4-in. serrated knife and a reversible, cut-resistant glove. The cut-resistant glove is polyester, woven with stainless steel thread to reduce the risk of cutting injuries.
In fewer than five years, Rachael Ray has radically changed the way America cooks dinner. Her perky-girl-next-door swagger, her catchphrases for techniques, and her dinner ideology of simpler, less expensive and just in time has placed her at the top of the talent heap of food television personalities.

About Yum-o!®...

by Freida (Kingston, OK) 2 reviews I gave this item to my 7 year old granddaughter for Christmas and she uses it to cook with her mother. Neither her mother or I have to worry about her hurting herself while doing something she loves to do - help mom and cook.
by Diane (Fresno, CA) 1 review Our 11 year old grandson wants to attend the Young Chef's Academy in our town and his parents are going to enroll him as part of his Christmas gift. So, we thought this would be a perfect way to start him off. We especially thought the idea of a glove to protect his hand that holds whatever is being cut would be priceless, however we are on a very tight budget, as so many of us are nowadays, so we were extra happy to find it on sale. The knives look great and we cannot wait for him to open them on Christmas day and to try them out. We showed them to his mother and she thinks they look great too. We are sure once we see him in action with them, they will be rated 5 star!
by Louise (Oceanside, CA) 2 reviews The gloves are larger than I thought they would be. I wish they were smaller for little hands. My Grandchildren are 4 and 6 and love to help cook and cut. The glove fingers are to long for them. Otherwise the set is very nice.
by Karen (Redmond, WA) 2 reviews My 8-yr old grandaughter loves to cook and wants to start learning the art of using a knife. These knives are wonderful and with the protective glove it will go a long way in helping her sharpen her knife skills.
