by Ruby (Cocoa, FL) 2 reviews Since I live alone, I really have not had a reason to use it yet, however it is plenty good enough for my needs. I am sure it will be fine, and should last a long time if treated right. It is not made to have a lot of pressure applied to it. Just let it do the job that it was intended for, and it will be fine.
by Carrie (Gainesville, FL) 1 review I had to send this item back. I should have read the reviews before I bought it. It is a nice product, if the blade were sharp at all. It would not even cut a potato, I shudder to think what it would do to a tomato. Do not buy this mandoline.
