by S. Gail (Pensacola, FL) 1 review This peel was used once and thrown away! It came with a sticker on it that was very difficult to remove (the gummy residue was very persistent). Why do you put stickers on things like this?!
When I used this peel, I used flour and corn meal to try to keep the pizza dough from sticking to the peel; but by the time I got the thing to the oven, the pizza was stuck to the peel. When I tried to shake it gently onto the baking stone, most of the toppings went to the bottom of the oven. My oven is a mess now.
