I would have rated it a 5 except that it is made of thinner material and did not include a storage "wrapper" that keeps it clean and secure when it is rolled up and not being used.

The mat made easy work for the scaling of the recipes. It easy clean up and I keep on the baking counter all the time.I am looking forward to trying the pasta dough and pizza dough recipe on the mat. Thanks
