by Frances (Katonah, NY) 1 review I was replacing another DeLonghi which I have had for several years and like. The new one is terrible. It can barely make toast. I have to put the bread through 2 -3 times to get it to brown. By then it dries out. I just received a replacement and have not tried it yet. Hopefully it is just the one I received that was defective and not the model itself.

by Karen (Yarmouth, ME) 1 review After dealing with a cheap Black & Decker, I wanted a better toaster-oven. I had had DeLonghi before and knew it to be a good brand. I bought one at Williams-Sonoma for $99, but it was digital and the beeping scared my dog (she thought it was her Invisible Fence collar and ran out of the kitchen every time we made toast). That went back to the store. I continued searching the internet, and landed here. This toaster-oven is as good as the $99 one, and it doesn't beep. Toasts very evenly, and it doesn't take up too much room on the counter. My kids think I'm crazy because I call it the toaster oven of my dreams.
