It is very difficult to handle the "Roaster" with a broken handle. However, we are going to keep it because it is difficult to repack and send back.
I wanted this to use at our house and at the hunting lodge.
by Gerry (Nashville, TN) 1 review Cooked 2 different meals and the roster worked well.It is too large for me but it more appropriate for cooking large meals than I normally would prepare. Since it is at counter height, checking on the food is much easier than bending over an oven.
The one major flaw to the product is a cover that is very cheap and has been bent out of shape by it being accidentally dropped to the kitchen floor. I have tried to re-shape it with modest success. This should not happen and I am disappointed with it.
