It worked well, heated up quickly and roasted the turkey in less time than I expected. The skin on the breast was not well browned, possibly because I had brined the turkey. The instructions say that on first use, the roaster will give off a smell. It really did! I set up a fan to dispell it. Maybe heating up the roaster before hand would have been a good idea. All said, I am very pleased with the roaster and am looking forward to using it again.
