I have purchased many cookie sheets both cheap and expensive and everything in between and this is the best..In fact, this is my second one I ordered..I have only baked cookies on it so far and th do not stick, pan does not warp, no teflon particles to come off and cooks cookies evenly.. You will not be disappointed.....only one suggestion...silicone edges for easy of handling and non-burn as you take it out of the oven... The best!!! Sure I'll be back for more for my kids..

THEY WERE RIGHT! They bake SO evenly, they are nice and heavy and their large size leaves room for lots of cookies.
