The pan is very similar to the one I purchased at Costco many years ago. I like the quality of the pan and the size of the pan which was hard to find locally. I have not used the pan as of yet but I am looking forward to it.

I was surprised how heavy-duty this pan really is. It holds up to high heat and doesn't burn tender cookies like sugar cookies or cut-outs because it is light colored. Great pan that I expect will hold up well over time. Recommended equipment in the America's Test Kitchen Cookbook.. |

It is a very good pan for the money, but, I was disappointed because I thought it was a jelly roll pan, but it is larger than the standard jelly roll pan. It looks like it will be great for baking cookies. |
