I was surprised how heavy-duty this pan really is. It holds up to high heat and doesn't burn tender cookies like sugar cookies or cut-outs because it is light colored. Great pan that I expect will hold up well over time. Recommended equipment in the America's Test Kitchen Cookbook.. |

It is a very good pan for the money, but, I was disappointed because I thought it was a jelly roll pan, but it is larger than the standard jelly roll pan. It looks like it will be great for baking cookies. |

I thought this was the 1/2 sheet pan recommended by Cook's Illustrated. Maybe it simply doesn't exist any more. This pan is very flimsy. |
