Cut slices directly on the board. Clean up is quick and easy. My first peel was purchased 15 years ago, and finally gave out on me. This was a must have replacement and the cost was very reasonable too.

by Nicki (Seattle, WA) 1 review This peel does the job. It is made of a soft wood, so the edges will break off easily and need to be sanded and oiled with mineral oil before use. It is, however, a good value and accomplishes the job, poor workmanship and whimpy wood aside.
