I use them every week several times a week in the toaster oven for small things, like when I'm baking apples for my kids or even during big family meals for side dishes that go from oven to table to the fridge. They clean up quite easily and haven't cracked or held odors. We use lots of garlic and spice so I'm very pleased about the odor thing.
I'm not one for matching sets but I like these so much, I will have to buy other Le Creuset items. They are well done.
