Silverpoint is a lighter weight stamped blade knife from Wusthof. The knives are made in Solingen Germany out of the same steel as our other quality knives. Unlike most stamped blades Silverpoint knives are cut using a laser for precision quality in manufacturing. This 2 piece meat set includes a hardwood cutting board and an 8" carving knife.

I am very satisfied with the blade but some what disapointed in the quality of the handle. It is a comfortable handle but the material used does not seem the normal quality, but it is well worth the purchase price and I am very pleased. I use it every day! My son is a chef and he agrees that it was a good buy.
