Wasn't too sure if I could master being a Barista, but I know I am making some great tasting Caramel Macchiato's with this baby!! I bought it on sale (20% off) and its worth every cent even if it were bought at full price.

The frothing pitcher that it comes with is a great

This espresso maker replaces a FrancisFrancis that provided wonderful service daily for 6 years. The KitchenAid heats up quickly and actually has useful dials. It is heavy enough that the machine doesn't move when I lock the grounds holder into place and the water reservoir holds twice as much as my old one. It looks great on my counter, too!

Very solidly built and easy to operate. A bit more space between the steam pump and deck would have been nice (to accommodate a larger frothing pitcher without needing to move the nozzle to the side and dripping on counter), but that's a minor inconvenience.

The instructions are well-written and easy to follow. Lots of recommendations for proper technique, which was helpful.

I had purchased another brand coffee maker and I had nothing but problems since I purchased it. I decided to buy the Kitchenaid which looks awesome and works really well. Far surpassing other models in this price range. Very impressive looking. I would recommend this to anyone.
